Delivery Details

Our sustainable homeware will begin its journey to you upon order. Whilst digital art will be available to download immediately, please allow 3-4 business days for all other orders to be processed.

Once processed, tea towels will be shipped and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

For our headboards, crafted uniquely for you, we ask for a preparation period of 4-6 weeks from the time payment is received. Your bespoke pieces will be shipped shortly thereafter, entrusted to the reliable services of Parcel Force for UK mainland deliveries.

Please be aware that our headboards arrive fully assembled to save you the puzzle of putting them together, unless you request otherwise. However, our reach does extend only across the UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. 

Returns

We are happy to accept online returns for prints and tea towels within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

As a small business, offering bespoke, made-to-order products, we cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on any headboard orders after 10 days of the order being placed or for an item(s) that has already been posted/delivered. Please ensure all details are correct and you are happy with all design choices before placing your order.
